Luxury in a Compact Space

This Crouch End flat needed two compact spaces to work harder without losing a sense of comfort and indulgence. Our clients wanted a bathroom that felt luxurious and relaxing, with space for both a bath and a separate shower, as well as a study that felt sophisticated, practical and inviting.

MALT reworked the bathroom layout to make the most of the available space, allowing every element to earn its place. Rich materials, strong contrast and layered textures created depth and impact, turning a small room into a more indulgent retreat. In the study, a much-loved velvet chair became the starting point for a scheme built around colour, texture and warmth, with flooring, furnishings and details chosen to support both focus and relaxation.

The result is a compact refurbishment with a strong sense of comfort and character. Every detail feels considered, creating spaces that are practical, personal and quietly luxurious.
