A Calm, Cosy Home That Can Multi-Task

This Primrose Hill maisonette needed more than a simple update. Our clients wanted a home that felt calm, cosy and comfortable for family life, while also working incredibly hard for changing needs, including home working and the possibility of becoming a rental property in the future.

MALT designed versatile solutions to make every room feel more purposeful. In the office, a pull-down wall bed and built-in joinery created a flexible space that could function as a study, guest room or bedroom, with storage that could also work as a wardrobe. The master bedroom was given a luxurious ensuite, creating an indulgent retreat, while the family bathroom was designed with a spa-like calm.

The result is a maisonette that feels warm, practical and beautifully resolved. Every area has been carefully considered, creating a real home for now and an attractive, flexible option for the future.
